You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and must comply with applicable law. You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
Account information must be accurate enough for Rillr to operate and secure the account. An email address may be optional. If you do not provide an email address, password recovery may not be available.
You may not impersonate another person or organization, register a username for deceptive purposes, or use an account to evade a suspension or other enforcement action.
The Rillr service
Rillr is a news aggregation and community discussion service. It may collect and display headlines, summaries, links, source information, and other metadata from news feeds and third-party publishers. Users may also submit links and participate in discussions.
Rillr may organize, rank, categorize, pause, remove, or otherwise manage stories and community content. Features may change over time.
User submissions and content
You retain any rights you already have in content you submit to Rillr. By submitting content, you grant Bigheim Technologies, LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, distribute, and otherwise use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, moderate, promote, and improve Rillr.
You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit the content and that your submission does not violate law, these Terms, or the rights of another person or organization.
Submitting a link to third-party content does not transfer ownership of that third-party material to you or to Rillr.

You may not use Rillr to:
- Violate applicable law or the rights of others.
- Threaten, harass, abuse, stalk, or dox another person.
- Post spam, scams, deceptive promotions, or malicious links.

- Automate voting, commenting, registration, scraping, or other activity in an abusive manner.
- Manipulate rankings, votes, reports, or engagement through coordinated or deceptive activity.

- Use Rillr in a way that materially interferes with the service or other users.
Moderation and enforcement
Rillr may review reports and may remove, pause, restrict, label, or otherwise moderate stories, comments, accounts, or other activity. Rillr may suspend or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, prevent abuse, comply with law, or protect the service.
Moderation decisions may be made with or without prior notice. Rillr is not obligated to host or preserve any particular user submission.
News sources and third-party content
Stories displayed on Rillr may link to websites, articles, products, services, or content operated by third parties. Rillr does not control those third parties and does not endorse or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, availability, legality, security, or reliability of third-party content.
News headlines and summaries may be generated from publisher-provided feeds or other source metadata. You should consult the original publisher for the complete article and authoritative source material.

Availability and changes to the service
Rillr may be modified, interrupted, suspended, or discontinued at any time. We do not guarantee that every feature, feed, story, account, or piece of content will remain available.
Automated feeds and third-party sources may fail, change format, become unavailable, or provide incorrect or incomplete information.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using Rillr at any time. Rillr may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, service protection, or violations of these Terms.
