The Girl Scouts have new online cookie options as prices rise
Girl Scouts of the USA have announced two new cookies for the 2027 cookie season. Here’s what cookie lovers everywhere have to look forward to: Patch Pals, the organization’s first cookie exclusively for dogs, are soft-baked blueberry muffin-flavored treats developed in partnership with Bark, the company known for its BarkBox subscription service (NYSE: BARK). Each dog treat features one of four patch designs that represent Girl Scouts, Community, Exploration, and Play. Girl Scout Sparkables, the organization’s first allergy-friendly cookie, are crunchy oatmeal cookies featuring chocolate chips and colorful sprinkles. They were developed with the allergy-friendly food company Partake, which is a Black-owned, women-led business and Certified B Corp. The new treats are nut-free, gluten-free, and vegan, and are made in a facility designed to avoid the nine major food allergens. Both cookies are online exclusives, available only through the Girl Scout cookie website for direct shipping. Online ordering begins January 12, 2027. In some areas, where the cookie season starts earlier, the cookies may be available sooner. Patch Pals [Photo: Bark] Online exclusives aren’t a new concept for …
