DoorDash Labs is the Innovation Team of the Year

DoorDash’s cute delivery robot Dot launched in the fall of 2025 and has gotten all the attention, but Dot’s success, of course, was the result of a massive amount of back-end work. The company’s labs team developed an autonomous delivery platform that integrates directly into delivery workflows while taking into account the order-fulfillment capacities of local businesses.
