Tropical Storm Isaias intensifies as shoppers stockpile water, food, essentials

Warnings of a hurricane threat are posted from Louisiana to the Florida Panhandle. Although the system is a tropical storm, it's expected to strengthen into a Category 2 hurricane by Friday. It would be the first hurricane of the year. Rob Marciano reports from Florida.
