Jane Doe's lawyer says "she was incapable of consent" on night of alleged rape at Cornell frat house

Thomas Giuffra, the lawyer for Jane Doe in the Cornell rape case, says Doe was "incapable of consent" because she was "completely, grossly intoxicated" the night she was allegedly raped at a Cornell fraternity house in October 2024.
