Source: Bengals cut WR Williams after muffed punt vs. Steelers

The Cincinnati Bengals cut WR Ke'Shawn Williams after he muffed a punt that eventually led to the Pittsburgh Steelers' 30-27 win, a source told ESPN's Jeremy Fowler. Earlier Tuesday, Cincinnati signed WR Mitch Tinsley, per ESPN's Adam Schefter.
